Hotel

Is a hotel business the right business?

Well, yes… if you have the money… of course. The hotel business requires one of the highest investment in the franchise world. Highinvestment franchise opportunities are usually considered to start at $100,000 for a single unit, and many can exceed $1 million, but when talking about hotel franchises investment is usually far above that range. Those who posses the capital to invest in higher-end franchises will find many opportunities to develop a solid, profitable business. High-investment franchise opportunities are available in many sectors, including sit-down restaurants, hotels and motels, equipment suppliers, fitness centers, printing franchises, rental centers, auto repair and maintenance, and many others that also require an investment in real estate and equipment. While some of the costly fast food franchises require two or three million dollars to invest, a hotel franchise will require at least five million dollars or even more. Hotels are a very profitable industry, for those who have the financial capability to invest. Hampton by Hilton, formerly known as Hampton Inn, is a brand of hotels trademarked by Hilton. The Hampton hotel brand is a chain of moderately priced, upper mid-scale hotels with limited food and beverage facilities. Most Hampton hotels are independently owned and operated by franchisees though a few are managed by Hilton. Hampton by Hilton is one of the largest hotel franchises in the U.S. The Hampton franchise includes more than 2,300 hotels throughout the United States and in nearly 20 other countries.
